William P. Hayden established DataMail Services, Inc. in 1992. His experience with Financial Institutions began in 1976 where he worked for companies struggling to provide quality statement processing.
Over the course of several years, DataMail Services was created keeping in mind that Financial Institutions would be the company's core business. William added a full service commercial printing operation that would fill any void in the statement processing cycle along with a constant flow of production.
William's longevity in the business has given him ample opportunity to recruit the best team in the industry accumulating over 300 years of experience. The team at DataMail Services is able to switch from statement processing to print production of envelopes, forms, inserts newsletters, brochures and even direct mail pieces.
Our production scheme along with experience and service has enabled us to deliver quality and consistent turnarounds to our customers. DataMail's single source solution has partnered us with over 250 satisfied Credit Unions and still growing!

Whether you are taking advantage of our complete line of services or just one, you will find that we possess not only over 100's of years of experience in print and mail services, but the production capacity to ensure your work is completed in the highest quality and quickest turnaround times in the industry.
Our 50,000 square foot headquarters facility in Madison Heights, Michigan allows us the necessary room to process our workload and offer the capability to warehouse inventory for our customers. Our secondary location in Lansing, Michigan also allows for additional capacity as well as giving us a fully operational disaster recovery site that is fully tested every month.
