All address files are verified against the USPS national database for corrective standardization. The Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) improves the accuracy of carrier route, five-digit ZIP, ZIP+4, and delivery point codes that appear on mail pieces. Once this is complete, an 11-digit barcode is appended to the address block for maximum postal presort discounts allowing DataMail Services to provide cost-effective postage to our business partners.

We realize how important it is for every envelope to be accurately inserted. DataMail utilizes the leading edge automated barcode inserting process. Bar coding is programmed for and incorporated at data processing run time. You can rest assured that each envelope contains only the documents that pertain to the recipient and nothing more. Our intelligent inserters have the ability to collate, fold and insert one page to several pages all in one pass. Statements can now be printed in presort order regardless of the number of pages. This means postage savings to you.

You can further customize your mailings by choosing a different set of inserts for any recipient in your mailing list. You control who gets what inserts by zip code, state, mail codes, or accounts number listings.

Barcodes are printed on all documents and read by our mail inserters. This technology is perfect for multi-page documents and target marketing. Intelligent inserting not only saves time and resources, but offers the ability for more targeted insert relevance to the recipient.
